These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nocreditcarplug.com and the related services provided by No Credit Car Plug ("NCCP", "we", "us"). By using this website, submitting an application, or communicating with us by SMS, email, or phone, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
No Credit Car Plug is a lead-generation and sales-consulting service. We are not a bank, a lender, a credit-reporting agency, a financing source, or an automobile dealership. We do not finance vehicles, hold any financing license, make credit decisions, or take possession of vehicles.
What we do: we collect your application, use AI to verify the documentation you provide, and route the qualified application to one of our Buy-Here-Pay-Here ("BHPH") dealership partners who can finance you in-house. The dealership makes the final financing decision and sells you the vehicle.
You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use this service. By submitting an application you represent that everything you have entered is true, accurate, and verifiable with documentation.
You agree that all documents and information you submit are authentic and belong to you (or, in the case of a co-applicant, to the co-applicant). Submitting forged, altered, or stolen identity or income documentation is a state and federal crime and may be reported to law enforcement. Knowingly false applications void any qualification.
If you opt in to SMS communications, you authorize NCCP to send you text messages relating to your application, including but not limited to: welcome messages, follow-up messages over a defined period, scheduling messages, appointment reminders, and responses to your inquiries. The messages may be sent by an AI assistant ("Ivana") supervised by our team.
You acknowledge that NCCP uses AI to (a) analyze the documents you upload to verify identity, employment, and income, and (b) handle routine SMS and email communications. The AI is not making credit decisions and does not have authority to bind us or any dealership to a financing offer. A human team member is assigned to your application and will be available throughout the process. By submitting the application you consent to AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
NCCP does not make credit decisions, does not pull or report consumer credit, and does not guarantee that any dealership will approve you for financing or that any specific vehicle, payment, or rate will be available. Vehicle inventory, pricing, and availability are determined by the dealership and may change at any time without notice.
You are responsible for keeping your contact information current. If you change your phone number, email, or address, notify us so we can keep your records accurate. You authorize us to contact you at the phone number(s) and email(s) you provide.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, software, and the "No Credit Car Plug" name — is the property of NCCP and protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of your own application materials.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." NCCP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NCCP'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). IN NO EVENT WILL NCCP BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NCCP and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (c) any false or fraudulent information you submit through the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Galveston County or Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
