This Privacy Policy describes how No Credit Car Plug ("NCCP", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information you provide when you complete the financing application at nocreditcarplug.com or otherwise communicate with us. By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to the practices described below.
Plain English summary: We collect what you put on the application so we can match you with a Buy-Here-Pay-Here dealership partner who can finance you. We use AI to verify documents and to text you. We don't sell your data. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
1. Who We Are
No Credit Car Plug is a lead-generation and sales-consulting service operated as a sole proprietorship in Houston, Texas. We are not a lender and not a dealership. We connect customers with Buy-Here-Pay-Here ("BHPH") dealership partners who finance their own customers in-house. We earn a referral fee from the dealership when a customer purchases a vehicle.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Identity: full name, date of birth, Social Security Number or ITIN, government-issued ID type, ID images
- Contact: phone number(s), email, mailing/residential address(es)
- Employment & income: employer, job title, length of employment, pay frequency, monthly gross income, additional income sources
- Financial: down payment amount, residence type, monthly rent, banking documents you upload
- References: names, phone numbers, cities, states, time-known, relationship for up to six personal references
- Documents: photos or scans of your driver's license, passport or state ID, utility or other proof-of-residence mail, paystubs, bank statements, benefit letters, and similar income documentation
- Co-applicant information (if applicable): same categories as above
- Communications: text messages, calls, emails, and notes exchanged with our team or our automated assistants
Information collected automatically
- Web analytics: IP address, user-agent, browser fingerprint, page-view timestamps, referral source
- Consent records: the specific consent boxes you checked at submission, the timestamp, and the IP address that submitted the application
- Cookies: minimal session cookies needed to operate the form. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process and qualify your financing application
- To verify your identity, address, employment, and income using AI document analysis
- To submit your application to BHPH dealership partners on your behalf, as authorized by the consent boxes you checked
- To communicate with you about your application — by phone, email, or SMS — including confirming your qualification, scheduling your in-store interview, and following up
- To send appointment reminders
- To respond to your questions or service requests
- To meet legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations (TCPA, FCRA, GLBA, Texas OCCC, applicable state and federal law)
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our service
4. AI & Automated Processing
We use artificial intelligence to make our service faster and more accurate. Specifically:
- Document analysis: uploaded documents are analyzed by Anthropic's Claude AI to extract identity, employment, and income data and cross-check it against what you stated on the application.
- Customer communications: we use an AI assistant (named "Ivana") to respond to text messages, answer common questions, and help schedule your in-person interview. The AI is supervised by our team and a human will be assigned to your application throughout the process.
You explicitly consent to this AI processing as part of submitting the application (consent box #6: "AI assistance"). No fully automated credit decision is made — final qualification and vehicle selection require an in-person interview with a human sales lead at the dealership.
5. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only as necessary to provide the service you requested:
- BHPH dealership partners: the dealership(s) to whom we route your application receive your customer profile and any vehicle of interest you have indicated. This sharing is authorized by consent box #2 ("Sharing with dealers") and consent box #4 ("Application submission").
- Service providers: our hosting, database, AI, and SMS-delivery vendors process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. These currently include Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI), Twilio (SMS), and Resend (email).
- Legal compliance: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if necessary to investigate fraud or protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with marketers or list brokers. We do not share SMS opt-in data or any consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. SMS / Text-Message Communications
If you check the SMS consent box on the application, you consent to receive text messages from NCCP at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies but typically includes a welcome message, follow-up messages over the next ten days, and appointment-related reminders. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. We will send one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and you will receive no further messages from that campaign. To opt back in, reply START.
For help, reply HELP to any message or call (281) 413-5791. We do not share your SMS consent or your phone number with third-party marketers.
7. Data Retention & Security
- Your application data is stored in our secure database hosted by Supabase, in the United States.
- Your SSN or ITIN is encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC with a key not stored alongside the database. Only authorized members of our team can decrypt it, and every decryption is audit-logged.
- Documents you upload are stored in encrypted object storage and accessed only through short-lived signed URLs.
- We retain your application data for as long as necessary to service your application, comply with legal obligations, and defend against potential disputes.
- You may request deletion of your data by emailing the contact address below. We will honor the request unless we are legally required to retain the data.
8. Your Rights
- Access: you can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction: you can request that we correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion: you can request that we delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Opt-out of SMS: reply STOP to any message at any time.
- Withdraw consent: you can withdraw consent for AI processing or dealer-sharing by contacting us; doing so may end our ability to continue processing your application.

9. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
10. California, Texas, and Other State Rights
Residents of California, Texas, and other states with comprehensive consumer-privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA, TDPSA, VCDPA, CTDPA, etc.) may have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of sensitive personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email or SMS. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
